Land Survey Services

Vermont and New England Land Surveyors

Land surveying is an important practice for all types of land development. It’s the technique, profession, and science of accurately determining the terrestrial or three-dimensional position of points and the distances and angles between them. Many private and commercial projects require the involvement of a licensed land surveyor to determine property boundaries for ownership or government purposes. By utilizing a variety of techniques and elements, we’re able to meet the needs of our clients and present them with timely, accurate results.

Little River Survey offers a wide range of surveying services throughout New England.  They include, but are not limited to, topographic, subdivision, and boundary surveying.  With over 25 years in the land development, surveying and construction fields, Patricia Kules, L.S., is a licensed surveyor and former president of the Vermont Society of Land Surveyors. She’s also the current Vermont Governor to the National Society of Professional Surveyors.
